About Joe and Elaine
Thank you for being curious to learn a little about us. Elaine and I have been realtors for 30 and 20 years respectively. We’ve been partners in and out of the office since 1992 so pretty much have the coordination
thing worked out. We have weekly meetings to determine our weekly, monthly and annual plans just like
any other company.
Elaine’s background is different than mine. She is an Anglo child raised in a mostly Native American (Nez Perce) area of Idaho. On the other hand I am a full blooded Native American, Muskogee/Kadohadacho raised
in Oklahoma. She does all the home skills and Native American arts like beading and jewelry and quite well I might add. Me, I have none of those skills but enjoy all her talents. Together we hike, fish, garden, bird watch and watch old movies. Elaine is an avid reader of all things while I read plenty while earning my two degrees
I have a BA in Real Estate and a BS in Urban Land Use. I graduated from Metro(politan) State College Denver, Co. in 1989. Elaine attended college in Idaho, Illinois, and Colorado before working for architects and builders in Denver.
Well that’s our differences and our similarities. One thing we do have in common is our desire to find quality homes for all our clients. Watching families of our clients grow and prosper is like having a large family ourselves. We help those families like our own and help them sell and buy. We are now working with the second generation. The children and their parents are now buying their second homes.
Elaine has an adult son, Josef and a grand daughter, Dayton. Josef’s wife, Jules, is a fundraiser for the AIDS foundation and Josef is a custom builder and remodeler. We are very proud of them.
